How to Make Gluten-free Garlic Naan at Home
- Mix GF flour, yogurt, oil, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, garlic and salt in a bowl.
- Add some water and knead a soft dough.

- Time to make garlic butter- 3 tbsp- butter, 1 tbsp garlic minced, 1 tbsp chopped green coriander. Mix well.

- Time to cook this naan- Gently place naan on the hot tawa/pan.
- Flip this naan after you see some bubbles getting formed.
- Flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly till it turns charcoal brown.
- Brush the butter-garlic mixture on top.
- Gently scrape the naan from the bottom and remove.
- Naan is done. Enjoy with mutton curry or pindi chole or any curry/dal of your choice. (Sharing links to recipes below)
