What is Ragi?

Did you know that consuming foods made of super grains like Ragi, can multiply the nutrition value in your regular diet?

Ragi is a genius grain, it is loaded with fiber, amino acids, and other vital nutrients, it is one of the healthiest grains in the market right now.

Ragi is also heavily packed with a variety of nutrients and offers important health benefits. Ragi flour benefits include improved digestion, reduced risk of heart disease, and diabetes control. Ragi is a fantastic gluten-free option, I always knew about the many benefits of this grain but only recently I have started exploring it more. I have made granola, parathas, and chapatis and I intend to add more recipes.

It wasn’t too touch to make the chapatis, and I have come to enjoy these ragi chapatis a lot. I customize them by adding garlic, cilantro, onions, etc. and they taste fantastic.
