Gluten-free Baking Essentials
Baking is tricky, you may have the right measurements and the right recipe yet the result doesn’t come out satisfactory. Baking with gluten-free flour can be challenging, since I have been cooking and baking gluten-free for almost 6 years now, I have shortlisted some items that work well.
So if you are new to gluten-free then this article will make your gluten-free baking journey less challenging. I am listing down some of my favourite items along with some gadgets, mats, trays that I have collected over the years to help me with my gluten-free baking. I recommend that you start small and slow but over the years buy a few things that will help you hugely in the kitchen.
Flours you should keep in your pantry at all times:
Coconut flour from Bob’s
Wheafree Maida Replacer
All-purpose flour
Tapioca Flour
Wheafree bread flour
Corn flour
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Cocoa Powder
Active Yeast
Vanilla
Vanilla Pod (for deeper flavour)

Thanks for doing this post. I struggle a lot when it comes to picking up items for baking, some gluten-free flours are so bad in quality that when I bake cakes with them the cakes come out starchy. I will buy some items from your list and will use them in baking for sure.
Hahahah, Alpa we all have been there, i am not a very confident baker myself, these flours will help you get the flavours right.
My search for the best GF maida is over, I took the suggestion from you and ordered Josef Marc flour and it turned out to be the best flour I have ever used. Suggest more brands in sauces and spices plz.
