Coconut and Coriander Chutney 

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients For Coconut and Coriander Chutney:

  • Grated fresh coconut: ¾ cup
  • Coriander/Cilantro: 1 cup
  • Green chilies: 2
  • Garlic Cloves: 2
  • Lemon: juice of half lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add the grated coconut, coriander, garlic, chopped green chillies along with salt to a blender or mixer.
  2. Blend the ingredients to a fine paste by adding little water.
  3. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. Squeeze the juice of half lemon.
  4. Green coconut coriander chutney is ready to be served.
