Coconut and Coriander Chutney

Ingredients For Coconut and Coriander Chutney:
- Grated fresh coconut: ¾ cup
- Coriander/Cilantro: 1 cup
- Green chilies: 2
- Garlic Cloves: 2
- Lemon: juice of half lemon
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add the grated coconut, coriander, garlic, chopped green chillies along with salt to a blender or mixer.
- Blend the ingredients to a fine paste by adding little water.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. Squeeze the juice of half lemon.
- Green coconut coriander chutney is ready to be served.
