Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe:

These gluten-free cookies are the yummiest and easiest cookies you would ever make. I am not a pro at baking so I try to keep my cookie recipes very basic, so basic that anyone can make them without much worrying. Try this recipe, it is easier than making an omelet. haha!

Serves: 5 Cookies

Prep Time: 3-4 minutes

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Ingredients For Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180
  2. Peanut butter: 1 cup
  3. Sugar brown or white: ½ cup
  4. Salt: a pinch
  5. Choco chips: ½ cup
  6. Egg: 1 beaten

Method:

  1. Combine everything in a bowl, take about 1 tablespoon portion and make small balls.
  2. Then flatten each ball in between your palms; they should look like small cookies.
  3. Now bake them for 10-12 minutes, until they become golden brown. Take them off the oven, let them cool down properly and your biscuits are ready. Enjoy with black coffee. Yum!
