Gluten-free baked yogurt fresh strawberry sauce

Ingredients For Gluten-free Baked Yogurt With Fresh Strawberry Sauce:
For Baked Yogurt:
- Plain yogurt: 1 1/2 cups
- Condensed milk: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence: a few drops ( try using fresh vanilla as it is Gluten-free)
Topping:
- Fresh strawberries: 8-10 cut into chunks
- Sugar:1 tsp (Just to kill the sharp acidity of strawberries)
- Water:1/3 cup
Method:
- Whisk together the yogurt, the condensed milk, and vanilla till they become smooth. This will take 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer them into small ramekins and whatever small containers you have for baking.
- No need to preheat the oven.
- Just bake @ 180C for 20-25 mins.
Make the strawberry topping sauce:
- In a pan, add the strawberry chunks.
- Then add a bit of water. Cook them together till the strawberries turn mushy almost marmalade like.
- Add sugar if required.
Layering:
- Your yogurt is baked. Top it with some strawberry sauce. Put in the fridge for an hour or 2.
- Serve chilled.
