Healthy Apple Egg Breakfast Muffins Recipe:

Ingredients for Apple Egg Muffins Recipe:
- Eggs: 4
- Apple: 2. Chopped into small pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil/ butter: To line the baking tray.
Method:
- Whisk the eggs, add the apples, mix them all together add some salt, pepper to this too.
- Preheat the oven to 180C. In a muffin tray(line the trays generously with butter or olive oil), ladle the egg mixture into greased muffin cups ¾ full.
- Top each muffin cup with grated cheese( Optional).
- Bake at 180 C, for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let the muffins cool for 15-20 minutes before removing them from the pan. Serve.
