Ingredients:
Listing down the products/brands I used in order to make these cookies.
Toffee:
- Butter: 50 grams
- Brown Sugar: 1 cup
- Flaky or Pink Salt: 1 tsp
Brown butter:
- Butter: 80 grams
Cookie Dough:
- Brown Sugar: 1 cup
- White Organic Sugar: 1/3 cup
- Espresso powder: 3 tsp
- Baking soda: 1/2
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Good quality vanilla essence: 2 tsp
- Eggs: 2
- GF all-purpose flour: 2 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
- Flaky or pink salt: 1 tsp

You guys always ask me about the oven I use, so I use a very simple machine but I am very satisfied with its results. I used to own another oven from Usha earlier and I was very disappointed by it. If you are looking to buy an affordable oven, you can go with this one. I use a bigger size, you can go with a small model if you like.

I MADE THIS YESTERDAY AND I COULDN’T BELIEVE THAT I WAS CAPABLE OF MAKING SOMETHING SO GORGEOUS. I AM NOT A BAKER, IN FACT I AM KNOWN TO BURN CAKES/COOKIES BUT SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO NAIL THIS ONE.
